American standard STX

STX wire is an American standard automotive cable mainly used in various motor vehicles such as motorcycles for starting, charging, lighting, signaling, and dashboard circuits. It consists of two parts: a conductor and an insulation layer. The conductor is made of twisted soft copper wire that meets ASTM B requirements, while the insulation layer is usually made of XLPE material. In addition, the STX wire follows the SAE (Society of Automotive Engineers) J1127-2005 standard.
